Helping People Find Their Way Back To God
“Go then, to all people everywhere and make them My disciples. Baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and then teach them to obey everything I have commanded you.” – Matthew. 28: 19- 20.
In Jesus’ own words, being disciples, His followers, is something that involves baptism. Baptism is Jesus’ idea. He led by example by being baptized and he asked his followers to do that same. But baptism is not just some religious ritual or ceremony. The New Testament teaches that a personal commitment to Jesus is a relationship of faith, and that faith is demonstrated and acted upon in baptism. Faith is not about what you believe to be true. It’s in what and whom you put your ultimate trust and loyalty in for this life and the next.
COMMUNITY campuses regularly hold Baptism services throughout the year, but you can be baptized at any time. If you are interested in baptism, fill out the form to the right and someone from your campus will follow up with you.
