Romeoville (Active Adults)
After the service on February 4, there will be a Soup & Sandwich Supper consisting of Culvers soup and ice cream along with the usual sandwiches, chips, etc. from our First Impressions Team. We are pairing this with the B.L.E.S.S. Term Group Session "E = Eat" in the "Discover Your Mission NOW" Series. "Begin With Prayer" about those whom you can BLESS with an invitation to this special event.
Community Fundraiser
January 17 is the next COMMUNITY FUNDRAISER
ALL DAY with Fellowship time from 5 - 7 PM. Anyone eating at Culvers, 485 N. Weber Rd, Romeoville on the 3rd Tuesday of each month can participate in this fundraiser for the Carillon and HighPoint campuses. Just let the cashiers know you're with Community.

Ed Hollingsworth, Guest Tenor
On January 21, Ed Hollingsworth will join our Worship Team and present a special musical selection. Well-known in this area for his lyric tenor voice and his gospel quartet experience, including the Witnesses, Ed is currently a member of the worship team at River Glen Christian Church in Waukesha, WI. Join us for Bible teaching on practical life issues from Dr. Earl Ferguson, a blend of contemporary and traditional music with a "softer sound" followed by delicious treats from our First Impressions Team. Located in the Children & Arts Center at 174 Highpoint Drive in Romeoville, Community Christian Church@HighPoint meets at 5:00 pm on Saturdays, and is specifically designed for "active adults and empty-nesters."
Romeoville Campus Pantry
Beginning February 4, on the first Saturday of each month we will collect non-perishable items for the Romeoville Campus Pantry (located in the basement of the CAC).
"All are welcome to our food pantry located at the Children & Arts Center, 174 Highpoint Drive, Romeoville. We have non-perishable food items available for anyone who needs assistance." - Monica, Romeoville Campus Pantry

There will be a list of needed items published in the bulletin and a box for donations will be at the Welcome Center on the first Saturday of each month. Your generosity is appreciated.
Non perishable items: pastas, pasta sauces, juice, canned fruit, box dinners (i.e. quick meals, just add meat/tuna), snack items for kid's lunches
