Purchase Bibles This Weekend

The Bible is not just a book.  It's a shared experience.  And this fall, we'd like to see every Community attender reading through the entire New Testament in an entirely new way...

Community Bible Experience provides a powerful new way to experience the Bible as originally intended.  Through The Books of the Bible, the Scriptures are presented without the chapters and verses that have been added throughout the centuries.  Moreover, they have been re-ordered back to the historical context in which they were originally written.  

This revolutionary approach makes it easier to read larger sections and fully comprehend and experience the Bible's power and meaning.  And as you become immersed in God's Story alongside others - sharing, questioning, understanding, you are transformed...just like it was meant to be.  

And Community Bible Experience is coming to Community the weekend of September 29/30.  That's the weekend we're asking every Community attender to begin reading this brand new format of the New Testament within a Small Group.  If you're not yet in a Small Group, we'd like for you to consider participating in one for 8 weeks, beginning the week of September 30th.  

Bibles will be available for purchase for 3 weeks starting on the weekend of September 15/16 for $5.  You can purchase them with cash, check, or credit card.  You can also save time by prepaying online at communitychristian.org/cbe.  If you can't afford one, it's on us if you'll commit to reading it within a Community Small Group.
