May in Uptown & Club 45
Our series in elementary Uptown and Club 45 for May is called,“Great Expectations—will you win Trust?” It plays out like this: God has proven He can be trusted. When we trust Him and we respond to Him with our abilities, then we are responsible. And when we are responsible, we live a good story and a great life. We are a light to others. They will see our good works and glorify God because of how they see Him at work in us.
And when you are responsible with a little, the Bible says you will be given more: more opportunities, more relationships, more ways that you can use what God has given you to reflect His character to the world around you. Jumpstreet this May
Hello parents! This May we have a great series for our Jumpstreet preschoolers and Kindergartners about doing what is right!
In Kids' City we love to introduce preschoolers to God’s story and helps them build a spiritual foundation on His truth. Each week, you will find an engaging, interactive and relevant telling of one of the stories found in the Bible as well as introductory and wrap up sketches connecting that story to a preschooler’s world. Many of our campuses use a short video like the one here to reinforce the story and application. If you've heard your children talk about Owlie or Zach, you'll want to check this out.
Your Friend, Jesus
As we are teaching our youngest ones in Kids' City that Jesus is their friend, are we as adults remembering that? Easter is a great time to sit down and really think about how much Jesus loves you. Know what else? He's alive today, and nothing you will ever do will make Him stop loving you. He's just that kind of friend. Do you take time in your life to spend with your friend, Jesus? Do you even think you HAVE time to spend with your friend, Jesus? Or, are y Read More…
Uptown and Club 45 kids, come celebrate Easter with us!
This coming weekend is Easter, and your elementary child will want to join us in Kids' City for a kid friendly fun time. Our theme this month is Puzzled: Believing There's a Bigger Picture. In all of our lives, there are times when we can only see one piece of what's going on, and it can be hard to picture something good coming out of it. As we get ready to celebrate Easter, we'll define HOPE as believing that something good can come out of something bad. No matter what your child is facing now or in the future, we in Kids' City pray that they will always know that Jesus is their hope, no matter what. We look forward to having your child join us as we look at five different Bible stories focusing on Jesus and some of the people who kn Read More…
