Plainfield Creative Arts Director | COMMUNITY Co-Arts Champion

Chris is the Co-Champion of the Arts at COMMUNITY and serves as the interim Creative Arts Director at Montgomery and the Creative Arts Director at Plainfield. He loves helping people experience God through worship and the use of multi-media. He began serving at COMMUNITY in 2004 as a guitarist, which led to roles as a rehearsal leader, worship leader and Creative Arts apprentice at COMMUNITY’s Naperville Yellow Box. He earned a degree in Business from Southern Wesleyan University where he played baseball for the Warriors. He still enjoys playing baseball as well as softball, golf, sand volleyball and guitar. Originally from the rural corn fields of Indiana and Wisconsin respectively, Chris and his wife Melissa love Chicagoland and being a part of COMMUNITY.
