We can leave a lasting legacy by giving generously to Celebration Generosity.

Acts 20:17-38, 1 John 3:16-18

  3. What stood out to you from the video?
  4. Celebration Generosity is a yearly opportunity to support four teams committed to reaching those who are far from God, restoring God’s dream for the world, and reproducing the mission of Jesus in others locally, regionally, and globally. What legacy are we leaving when we get behind these three teams?

Bible Discussion

  1. Read Acts 20:17-38. What do you notice in these passages?
  2. Reread 1 John 3:16-18. In what way was Paul laying down his life for others?
  3. Paul quotes Jesus in Acts 20:35, saying it is more blessed to give than receive. What have you discovered concerning giving and receiving?

Life Application

  1. When we experience grace and love, we are then able to share that love with others. Share a time when you experienced the love of God. It could be a moment between you and God or when you felt God’s love through others.
  2. How can you continue to grow in generosity?
