If you are interested in church planting, prison ministry, working at a church, leading at COMMUNITY, or leading elsewhere, we encourage you to apply today!
The goal is to:
- Identify new and experienced leaders to effectively lead others in helping people find their way back to God.
- Equip leaders with excellent training led by experts in their field of leadership development and church planting.
- Empower leaders from small group leadership to church planting with a focus on personal leadership development in order to be effective leaders of others.

The process is simple. We want to meet you, hear what you’re passionate about, and help assess where a good starting point for you would be. Upon completing the application, you will be able to sign up for a time slot that works in your schedule. We custom-tailor your leadership track based on your interests and where God has called you.
