John J. Thompson has been championing, challenging, and celebrating faith-based art and artists since he was just a kid. Never satisfied with less than the best, he developed a vision for music, and art in general, that not only functioned at the highest levels creatively, but that struck a resonant chord of truth in his soul. Chasing that resonant chord has become his life’s work. It led him from the trenches of the independent music scene, to an office in one of the largest and most influential music companies in the world, and back again. He is a speaker, author, producer, artist, and music enthusiast and currently serves as the Associate Dean of the Trevecca School of Music and Worship Arts and as a Creative Consultant, Writer, Music Supervisor, and Producer for various publishing companies, independent artists, films, websites, and more.

Super producer, a term reserved to describe the very elite in modern music production, a word that best typifies Grammy™, Dove, and BMI Award winner, Percy Bady. This talent is coupled with prolific songwriting ability responsible for timeless number one albums, and hit singles effortlessly spanning genres in the secular and Christian arenas for over three decades. Percy’s body of work has garnered him 26 Gold and Platinum albums and his extraordinary gift for composing, arranging and crafting a good song would make him among today’s most coveted personalities to partner with.

Molly Reed Grayson is an accomplished Christian, country, and sync, writer. In the spring of 2007, she graduated from Belmont University and signed her first publishing deal at THiS Music, a co-venture with Warner Chappell. Molly’s deal with THiS Music has since grown into a co-venture with Curb Word Music Publishing. At the onset of her career she was part of the contemporary Christian band City Harbor and co-wrote their lead single, “Somebody Tell Them.” As a writer, Molly has penned singles for Christian artists like Francessca Battistelli—”If We’re Honest” and “Giants Fall”—and Hillary Scott & The Scott Family. Molly’s Hillary Scott single, “Still,” was part of the Grammy Award winning album “Love Remains.” Her songs have been recorded by acts like Danny Gokey, Blanca, Marie Osmond and Olivia Newton John, One Girl Nation, Ginny Owens, Mikeschair, and Point of Grace. Along with Country artists like Wynonna, Amy Grant, Ashley Gearing, and Danielle Bradberry.

Mike Grayson, former frontman and songwriter for the band MIKESCHAIR, joined the Centricity Publishing family in April 2016. Mike has penned multiple chart-topping Christian singles including, “Let The Waters Rise,” (nominated for Song of the Year – GMA Dove Awards) “Someone Worth Dying For” and “All For You.” After almost 13 years with MIKESCHAIR, Grayson started a new chapter in his artist and songwriting career by joining forces with his wife, Molly Reed, who  were signed to Centricity Music as one entity, Grayson|Reed and released “Fight For You” and “Bloom” as singles.
Mike is now the Director of Worship Culture at Cross Point Church in Nashville, TN and has been focused on writing worship songs, not only for his congregation, but for the global Church in general.

Jon Guerra is an indie Christian singer-songwriter based (proudly) in Chicago who writes what he most often describes as “devotional songs.” Those who have discovered Jon’s music deeply resonate with his poetry, harmonies, compelling vocals, and the way his lyrics give voice to what is deep in our souls – the unspoken things we carry within us and previously did know how to express. “He has a way of unlocking and articulating the hidden thoughts of the heart.” Touring extensively with various Christian and mainstream artists, Jon Guerra continues to write and record for his own solo work, as well as regularly collaborating with other artists, the duo Praytell with his wife Valerie, worship collectives, the podcast The Creative Muscle, and film/commercial scores. Jon is currently finishing his next full-length album, set to release “when it tells me it’s ready.”

Patrick Mayberry has only been working in the “professional songwriter” world for a few years, but he’s already making an impact as both a journeyman writer and in-demand producer. Born and raised in Tennessee, Patrick started leading worship, writing songs, and producing music in his early 20s. Barely a decade later, and he’s now signed with one of the top Christian music publishers in the business, Centricity Music, where he’s landed songs with several top-tier artists including David Leonard (formerly of All Sons and Daughters), Northpoint Inside Out, and 2 charting singles with Joel Vaughn (which he also produced). In addition, he’s found some success in the advertising world, having his songs used by T-Mobile, CMT, and NBC. In the midst of all this excitement, Patrick describes himself as “a regular guy” who stays grounded by doing the things he loves most: leading worship at Soul City Church in the West Loop of Chicago and spending as much time as he can with his beautiful wife Jenny and his wild crew of kiddos; Maggie, Jude, Tripp, and Crosby.
